Carter Eckerline is a Director on the real estate team at Cresset Partners. Carter is responsible for deal sourcing, management of the due diligence process, comprehensive financial analyses, and strategic research. Prior to joining Cresset, Carter worked at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), now Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he worked on debt and equity placement transactions nationwide with a focus on multifamily properties. While at HFF, Carter was involved in closing over $1.5 billion of financing across 35 transactions. Carter graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.
Originally from Minnesota, Carter returned to the Midwest to join Cresset after previously living in Newport Beach, California. Carter enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
