James Parr is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and financial modeling. Previously, James was an investment banker at Moss Adams Capital in Irvine, California, where he primarily focused on M&A Advisory for middle-market consumer product and industrial companies. Prior to Moss Adams Capital, he worked for Deloitte in their Assurance department. James graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Administration with emphases in both Finance and Accounting.
Originally from Orange County, California, James recently joined Cresset’s team in Chicago and resides in Lakeview with his wife Jacque. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring Chicago’s many event offerings.
