Andrew is an Associate on the Investments team at Cresset Real Estate Partners and is responsible for underwriting potential commercial real estate developments and acquisitions, supporting the due diligence process, and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Cresset, Andrew was a Senior Development Analyst at Banner Real Estate Group, where he focused on the sourcing, underwriting, and pre-development management of commercial real estate developments. Prior to his role at Banner Real Estate Group, Andrew spent time at Parking Advisors, consulting on acquisition and development projects on behalf of institutional owners of real estate.
Andrew graduated from DePauw University where he played lacrosse and earned a degree in Economics.
