Cesar serves as Director, Accounting Manager for Cresset Real Estate Partners and is responsible for financial reporting and overseeing fund accounting and real estate accounting.
Before joining Cresset, Cesar worked for CA Ventures and Vanderbilt Office Properties in Chicago, as well as Magnetar Capital in Evanston, IL. In those roles, he was responsible for corporate financial reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and tax and lender compliance.
Cesar earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accountancy from DePaul University. He also holds an active CPA license. He grew up on the south side of Chicago and currently lives in West Town with his wife. Cesar enjoys riding bikes and playing drums.
