Val Gorman

Associate, Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff

Val serves as Associate of Strategic Initiatives & Chief of Staff to Co-Founder & Co-Chairman, Eric Becker. She works with teams across Cresset to help execute on the firm’s goals and growth trajectory.

Prior to Cresset, Val was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where she supported corporate executives, business owners, and family offices on portfolio management, strategic lending, and wealth planning.

Val earned her B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University, where she received the Award of Excellence, given to 10% of the graduating class.
